About The Position

Acceptance Insurance is growing and searching for motivated individuals to join their team. This role serves as the liaison between the company and the customer, handling inbound calls, processing payments, and managing customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
  • Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Process customer monthly payments.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed.
  • Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships.
  • Complete mail sorting tasks.
