Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English (required to communicate with internal teams and external partners located outside of Quebec)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Diploma in administration, or more than 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven problem-solving and task prioritization abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player

Responsibilities

  • Open and maintain new customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide support to product sales activities
  • Foster a collaborative approach by working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring timely delivery and product satisfaction
  • Accurately process customer orders, Customer Invoices, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), and credit requests
  • Verify and validate customer information, payment terms, and pricing details for every order to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor, collect, and resolve outstanding invoices on past-due accounts
  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records
  • Process and apply customer payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Other duties to support the daily operations within the organization as necessary or assigned
