Recently, the company became the subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company and we are looking to expand our services aggressively. To support our ambitious growth agenda, we are looking for creative and passionate problem solvers to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. You will provide multi-channel support to our customers, answering questions, providing guidance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise, as well as pro-actively working towards improving our services.
