Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong computer skills and a customer-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service, customer support, or related experience preferred
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and other communication channels in both English and Spanish
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to questions regarding products, pricing, order status, and services
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system
