About The Position

As a Customer Supply Chain Representative at Burnbrae Farms, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bilingual in English and French is a must due to regional responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • post-secondary education preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or SAP is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, EDI’s and other forms of communication from consumers, retail partners, and distributors.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about Burnbrae Farms products and services.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems (SAP, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining the best resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring follow-through.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing and operations teams to support customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Educate customers on new products, promotions, and policies where appropriate.
