About The Position

MaxxSouth Broadband is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative for their call center. This role focuses on supporting residential customers by resolving billing and general inquiries accurately and efficiently. The representative will also identify opportunities to promote products and services, ensuring positive experiences, particularly for Spanish-speaking and Hispanic communities. The company emphasizes local customer care, fast internet, advanced TV, and voice services.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems, with strong keyboard and computer skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in your work

Nice To Haves

  • Call center experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist English and Spanish speaking customers with billing, account questions, and service inquiries.
  • Present personalized recommendations on products and technology solutions that best fit customer needs.
  • Provide first-call resolution for general inquiries about products, services, and company information.
  • Promote and upsell company services to existing customers.
  • Promote and upsell MaxxSouth services to new and existing customers, while fostering customer retention through excellent service and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Attend monthly training sessions and team meetings.
  • Create positive, memorable customer experiences and make real connections with our diverse customer base.
