Requirements
- Must be fully bilingual and fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation for commuting to the office.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong willingness to grow within the field of customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right individual!
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound emails and phone calls from customers, sales representatives, and operations team members.
- Process, place, and track customer orders efficiently.
- Coordinate, facilitate, or conduct customer onsite visits.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide premier customer support and cultivate long-term professional relationships.
