About The Position

We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for an entry-level customer service and collections position. Previous collections or call center experience is not required. Paid training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided. Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Customer service experience may come from retail, fast food, restaurants, hospitality, call centers, offices, sales, front desk, reception, or other customer-facing environments
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
  • Professional, friendly, and respectful communication style
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens while entering information accurately
  • Good attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle difficult or sensitive customer conversations professionally
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to learn customer service, collections, accounts receivable, and payment processing procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, financial services, or a call center is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in English and Spanish
  • Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers with account questions
  • Explain balances, payments, account information, and available options
  • Help customers establish payment arrangements within approved guidelines
  • Provide professional, respectful, and solutions-focused customer service
  • Accurately enter notes and document customer interactions in internal computer systems
  • Respond to customer questions, concerns, disputes, and requests
  • Navigate multiple computer screens and systems while speaking with customers
  • Meet established expectations for customer service, call quality, productivity, and KPIs
  • Follow company policies and applicable collections and consumer protection regulations, including FDCPA requirements
  • Protect confidential customer and account information
