About The Position

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate and committed customer service advisors to join its Customer Service Division. The role is part of a mission-driven community focused on improving lives through exceptional service and reliable support. This is a full-time, 100% remote position. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with eight-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Training includes a comprehensive seven-week orientation, with training and ongoing support. Training hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The starting pay for bilingual candidates is $19.00 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities. A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in insurance operations, medical or remote technical services, or a related field.
Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneNote.
Excellent active-listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
A genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

A college degree is preferred.
Experience in healthcare, insurance, social work, or mental health.
Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans.
A proven record of success in remote customer service roles, particularly in complex, high-volume environments.
