About The Position

We specialize in quality recycled, remanufactured (reman), and aftermarket auto parts — and we're growing fast. We need a Bilingual Counter Sales Associate who will be the face of Chuck's — the first person our customers trust when they walk in or call. If you speak Spanish and English fluently, your skills are not just a bonus here — they are a competitive advantage that we will reward.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) — Required
- Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong communication skills — phone skills are a must!
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Nice To Haves
- Experience with recycled, reman, or aftermarket parts
- Background in collision, mechanical repair, or heavy equipment
- ASE certifications
Responsibilities
- Help customers in English AND Spanish find the right parts — in person and by phone
- Provide accurate quotes, check inventory, and coordinate with our yard and warehouse teams
- Deliver outstanding customer service — every customer, every time
- Navigate inventory systems, POS software, and parts lookup tools
- Turn opportunities into sales and build lasting customer relationships
