About The Position

At Chuck's Auto Parts Solutions, we're problem solvers, recyclers, inventory ninjas, and customer heroes. We specialize in quality recycled, remanufactured (reman), and aftermarket auto parts — and we're growing fast. We need a Bilingual Counter Sales Associate who will be the face of Chuck's — the first person our customers trust when they walk in or call. If you speak Spanish and English fluently, your skills are not just a bonus here — they are a competitive advantage that we will reward.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) — Required
Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
Strong communication skills — phone skills are a must!
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Love helping customers solve problems
Have experience in auto parts, repair, body shop, dealership, auction, or salvage — OR are eager to learn
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same
Take pride in accuracy, urgency, and getting it right the first time

Nice To Haves

Experience with recycled, reman, or aftermarket parts
Background in collision, mechanical repair, or heavy equipment
ASE certifications

Responsibilities

Help customers in English AND Spanish find the right parts — in person and by phone
Provide accurate quotes, check inventory, and coordinate with our yard and warehouse teams
Deliver outstanding customer service — every customer, every time
Navigate inventory systems, POS software, and parts lookup tools
Turn opportunities into sales and build lasting customer relationships
