About The Position

As a wall laborer at our Dane location, you will set up of footings using the ProForm system, set wall forms using aluminum systems, and pour stone and concrete. You will be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets.

Requirements

Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and reliable transportation
Fluency in Spanish and English
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds repeatedly
Great work ethic, punctual, and dependable
Ability to work outside in all conditions
Ability to work on heights upwards of 8 feet (with proper safety precautions)

Responsibilities

Set up of footings using the ProForm system
Set wall forms – using aluminum systems
Pour stone and concrete
Completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets
