About The Position

We’re two busy retail businesses, and one of our biggest opportunities is simple: a lot of good customers have drifted away, and a warm phone call can bring many of them back. That’s where you come in. Every day, you’ll get a ready-made call list, conversation guidance and a dialer, all supported by our AI system. You bring the warmth, the energy and the human connection. This is not traditional cold calling. Everyone you contact has already been a customer with us.

Requirements

• You’re warm, personable and people genuinely enjoy talking to you.
• You listen first and genuinely care about the customer experience.
• You’re resilient. A few no-answers or “not today” responses don’t rattle you — you bring the same energy to the next call.
• You’re fully bilingual in French and English and comfortable speaking with customers in both languages.
• You’re comfortable spending a large part of your day on the phone.
• You’re comfortable using simple technology, including a dialer and CRM.
• You’re motivated by clear goals and performance-based earnings.
• You’re coachable, organized and comfortable working within a structured process.

Responsibilities

• Make warm, friendly calls to lapsed customers — never pushy, never a hard sell.
• Work the priority list of our best past customers with a personal, caring approach.
• Log every outcome in the CRM and honour every opt-out the same day.
• Maintain a consistent daily call rhythm and work toward clear monthly customer-reactivation targets.
• Build genuine rapport and give customers a positive reason to come back.

Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000 per year
• Monthly commission for successful customer reactivations
• Uncapped commission potential
• Total annual earnings at target performance: approximately $95,000
• Opportunity to earn $105,000+ per year for strong performers
• Additional earning opportunities for higher-value customer wins and performance above target
