About The Position

At Job Duck, we are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Bilingual Client Care Specialist to support a fast-paced employment law practice focused on helping individuals recover unpaid wages. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through initial conversations with professionalism, care, and sound judgment. You will play a critical role in evaluating potential cases, ensuring qualified leads are properly routed while respectfully directing others to appropriate resources. This position is ideal for someone who is a thoughtful communicator, quick thinker, and thrives in environments where emotional intelligence and attention to detail make a daily impact. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience working as an Intake Specialist or in customer service roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess and triage potential cases effectively
  • High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally
  • Ability to remain empathetic, patient, and composed when dealing with distressed individuals
  • Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to be warm, polite, and firm when necessary
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide a supportive and professional experience that reflects the firm’s values
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to intake and client communication
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and case details in Excel
  • Send digital agreements and ensure proper documentation is completed
  • Follow up with current and prospective clients to request additional information
  • Politely redirect or refer individuals whose cases do not meet criteria
  • Evaluate and triage cases to determine eligibility and alignment with practice focus
  • Respond to inquiries received via phone, text, and social media platforms
  • Manage inbound intake calls and conduct initial screening of potential clients
