When our brokers, agents and clients have a question about the billing of their insurance premiums, the Client Bill team provide excellent customer service to answer and support their needs. The most important characteristic of our Client Billing team is the level of customer service they provide. Working with brokers, agents and clients over the phone or email they respond in a timely manner and can come up with payment solutions that suit both the client and the customer. In supporting the Premium Accounting team, they bill insureds for their premiums while also following up on past due premiums, canceling policies, and pursuing outstanding earned premiums. They maintain daily and weekly reports, notify brokers and insureds of missing bank information and overdue payments, while also auditing files on a regular basis to look for discrepancies and inconsistencies.
