About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Software Tester with a French-first language preference to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing online public-facing applications and phone systems to ensure accuracy and performance in French. Your contributions will support large-scale systems in the finance sector that service Canadian citizens, ensuring a seamless user experience and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a bilingual (French/English) environment.
• Previous CCaas call center phone system testing is required
• Proficiency in French, both written and spoken, with a good understanding of English.
• Experience with testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of online applications and phone systems in French to ensure functionality, usability, and performance standards are met.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Execute test cases and report results, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss testing progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
