The Archway is Tarrant County’s only state-designated family violence program, working to end intimate partner violence by assisting domestic violence victims and holding offenders accountable. We are seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to coordinate and provide comprehensive case management and crisis intervention services for victims of domestic violence seeking safety in emergency shelter. This role engages and delivers services to clients using a trauma-informed approach while being survivor-centered. The position involves completing client assessments, safety planning, service plans, leading support groups, and coordinating resources and services based on client needs. This job requires sensitivity to victims exposed to trauma, as well as diverse cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
