About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Tampa Bay is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced bilingual caregiver, CNA, or HHA to provide private in-home care for a client in the North Lakeland area. The position involves one-on-one client care and is scheduled for 10 hours per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Shift availability and schedules may vary, and flexible scheduling opportunities are available throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Be compassionate, patient, dependable, and reliable.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to provide professional, quality care.
• Have applicable certifications and required employment documentation.
• Be able to complete the required Level 2 background screening.
• Have prior home care experience.
• Be CPR certified.
• Have access to email and a mobile smart device.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with transfers and mobility.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
