About The Position

We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to join our team and help us enhance seniors' lives, one day at a time. In this rewarding role, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing non-medical care and companionship that allows them to age safely and comfortably in place.

Requirements

Bilingual or multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply (Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Hindi, Gujarati, or other languages)
CNA, PCA, HHA certification preferred, or at least one year of professional caregiving experience
Experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic conditions preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance if transporting clients
Current TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to pass a background check
Physically able to perform the duties of the position
Dependable, compassionate, professional, and punctual
Ability to provide 3 professional references

Responsibilities

Provide companionship, emotional support, and culturally sensitive care to clients from diverse backgrounds
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide medication reminders and assistance with ambulation
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
Observe and report changes in client condition to the office
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the HomeWell team
