About The Position

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our Team! Hourly pay for this position is $21 per hour with annual bonus potential of up to $2,500. We are a people-oriented business that is committed to providing superior levels of customer service. The customer service representative is tasked with creating an exceptional customer service experience handling a high volume of inbound customer service calls and internal transfers. Requirements

  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
  • Ability to interact well with a diverse group of people
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; and six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; and one to two years of related experience and/or training in a customer service or receptionist or similar position
  • One year prior experience in a dealership; or equivalent combination of education and experience
