Map Communications is accepting applications for Full Time Bilingual Inbound Call Center Representatives. This crucial in-office role involves being on the front lines, responding to a high volume of phone inquiries and addressing each with care, detail, and empathy. The job requires professionally handling incoming calls, greeting callers, providing and requesting required information, transferring calls, or taking messages as necessary. Representatives will work on a state-of-the-art call processing system and be trained on various call center tools to properly prioritize customer needs. This is an inbound call center only, with no outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls. Training will last approximately one week, after which employees will move to a new set schedule.
