Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Minimum 6 months of call center and customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems, help desk software, and telephone technology.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assist members with questions, concerns, and issue resolution in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Research inquiries and provide accurate information while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions within CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and quality member support.
