About The Position

Clark Resources is seeking qualified Bilingual Call Center Representatives for an upcoming project. The role handles a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls, delivering a positive customer experience through courteous and professional service. Representatives listen actively to understand callers’ needs, address questions, and provide accurate, efficient responses. Communication takes place through web-based tools and telephone. The position requires typing proficiency, good grammar, and documentation using various computer applications. Successful candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, efficient, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable. Bilingual proficiency is encouraged, and candidates must be able to pass a bilingual skills proficiency evaluation.

This is a full-time contract position based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The schedule consists of 8-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.; day shifts are preferred. In-office training may be required. Applicants should be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a proficiency evaluation for bilingual skills.
• Proficiency in typing, grammar, and documentation within computer applications.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient approach.
• Professionalism, reliability, knowledgeability, and adaptability.
• Ability to commute reliably to Harrisburg, PA, or plan to relocate before starting.

Nice To Haves
