About The Position

Ally Waste Services is a premium provider of waste support services to apartment complexes throughout the United States, aiming to keep properties clean and reduce waste expenses for property managers. It is a fast-growing company with an energetic culture. Ally Waste is hiring for the Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Waste Leveler Area Supervisor position, which is fundamental to delivering waste support services. The Waste Leveler role involves redistributing trash flow, cleaning up around dumpsters and compactors, and maintaining detailed reports. This is a reliable full-time job in a rapidly growing industry.

Requirements

Driver's license and driving record in good standing.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Previous Management/Supervisor Experience.
Hold a current and valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
Be at least 18 years old and have maintained a valid license for a minimum of 2 years.
Have no Major Violations (Type I) within the past 36 months.
Have no more than 4 Minor Violation points in the past 36 months and no more than 3 Minor Violation points in the past 12 months.
Successfully complete a DOT physical examination and obtain the required medical certification prior to performing any driving duties.
Successfully pass a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance, leadership, and direction to the bulk and leveling team.
Ensure that furniture hauling and cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards.
Manage and replenish supplies needed for cleaning tasks.
Using a company truck, drive to 15-20 properties daily on assigned route.
Check in, take photos, and document bulky items/furniture at each property using our proprietary app.
Sweep up around each dumpster or compactor.
Break down large boxes and ensure proper recycling practices are being followed.
Where necessary, move trash bags from one dumpster to another to eliminate overflowing trash.
Work quickly and efficiently to complete route before waste hauler arrives.
