About The Position

At OPENLANE, we are seeking a Bilingual Billing Clerk, Transportation with experience in high-volume data entry and logistics billing. You will be part of an Operations team responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely movement of financial data within our transportation network. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in accounts reconciliation and carrier relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in billing or administrative support.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience in a billing, clerical, or administrative support role.
  • High School Diploma, vocational training, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise data entry systems.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on professional vendor management.
  • Bilingual in English and French. This role requires you to interact with customers, leaders, and colleagues in Quebec, other provinces, or other countries who may not speak French.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience specifically within the automotive or logistics industry.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS).

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify transportation invoices and shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Input billing data into financial systems and maintain comprehensive digital audit trails.
  • Communicate directly with carriers and vendors to resolve discrepancies in billing or transport orders.
  • Assist the logistics team with weekly reporting, data validation, and general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all transactions follow established company policies, internal controls, and audit standards.
