Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Experience working with children with special needs, particularly in ABA therapy.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
Willingness to undergo a background check and training as required by the state.

Nice To Haves

Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed professional.
Conduct assessments and track progress for clients with behavioral and speech challenges.
Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill development.
Support children in social interactions and communication through play-based activities.
Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and client progress.
Communicate effectively with families and provide support in both English and Spanish.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other therapists.
Attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
