Requirements
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Science or a related field
- Active Iowa licensure as one of the following: Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans that support each patient's goals
- Providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy
- Delivering crisis intervention and behavioral health support when needed
- Helping patients connect with community resources and ongoing support services
- Educating patients and families on diagnoses, coping strategies, and treatment options
- Collaborating closely with medical providers and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and case records
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes
- Supporting Infinity Health's Patient-Centered Medical Home model and integrated care approach
