Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customers
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible retail schedule
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the automotive sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Communicate effectively with English- and bilingual-speaking customers to ensure a positive buying experience
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
- Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team success
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in dealership CRM systems
- Stay current on Hyundai products, promotions, and industry trends
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
