Responsibilities

• Help customers in Spanish and English, at the counter and over the phone.
• Ask questions, listen carefully, and help customers find the right parts.
• Learn to look up parts, check inventory, prepare quotes, and process orders accurately.
• Work with our yard and warehouse teams to help orders move smoothly.
• Follow up with customers and follow through on your commitments.
• Build trust through friendly service, honest answers, and attention to detail.
• Balance phone calls, walk-in customers, and order details.
• Ensure accuracy and follow-through, even on busy days.
