About The Position

This is a part-time, onsite apartment manager position for a 25-unit building. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), organized, and reliable, with a passion for maintaining a clean and well-run community. The role offers free housing in a 1-bedroom apartment unit and a monthly stipend. The manager will be responsible for daily property walks, coordinating maintenance, communicating with residents, showing and leasing vacant units, processing applications, keeping common areas clean, enforcing community rules, working with the property management team, and maintaining notes in AppFolio (preferred).

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish & English (required)
• 2+ years of recent onsite apartment management experience (within the last 2 years)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
• Strong communication & organization skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Reliable, professional, and self-managed
• Non-smoker; pet restrictions may apply

• AppFolio experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Daily property walks (cleanliness, safety, overall appearance)
• Coordinate and report maintenance needs promptly
• Communicate with residents (primarily in Spanish)
