About The Position
The Bike Shop Attendant is responsible for providing customer service and bike shop maintenance to all customers who visit the Bike Shop.
Requirements
- Experienced mountain biker and knowledge of bike parts and services
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a retail setting an asset
Responsibilities
- Maintain rental fleet bikes in safe working condition
- Provide customer bike repair and bike maintenance services
- Care for all tools and equipment and ensure bike maintenance and retail area is kept clean and organized
- Be knowledgeable of the products available in the retail shop and provide guests with exceptional service
- Sell products in the retail shop and be able to use the POS system to process transactions
- Purchase supplies when necessary and order repair parts
