About The Position
Massanutten Resort is seeking a Bike Park Instructor with excellent customer service skills to lead small groups of all ages through bike park instruction. The role involves assisting with daily bike park operations, including bike maintenance, rental shop procedures, and driving the bike shuttle. Candidates must be proficient mountain bikers with the ability and desire to teach and coach others.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Proficient mountain bikers.
- Ability and desire to teach and coach others.
- Valid driver’s license and approved DMV record.
Nice To Haves
- Current GSMBC, IMBA, PMBIA, TerraMethod, or similar certification (training will be provided if not currently certified).
- Mechanical experience.
- Experience instructing and guiding people in riding mountain bikes or other outdoor activities.
- Basic bike maintenance.
- Prior customer service experience.
Responsibilities
