About The Position
Massanutten Resort is seeking a Bike Park Instructor with excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead small groups of all ages through bike park instruction. This role involves teaching and coaching, assisting with daily bike park operations, including bike maintenance, rental shop procedures, and driving the bike shuttle. Candidates must be proficient mountain bikers and at least 18 years of age.
Requirements
- Proficient mountain bikers.
- Ability and desire to teach and coach others.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and approved DMV record.
Nice To Haves
- Current GSMBC, IMBA, PMBIA, TerraMethod, or similar certification.
- Mechanical experience.
- Experience instructing and guiding people in riding mountain bikes or other outdoor activities.
- Basic bike maintenance.
- Prior customer service experience.
