About The Position

As a Bike Delivery Expert, you will make deliveries within a 1-mile radius of the store using your own bicycle and equipment. You will interact directly with customers and provide outstanding service to support customer retention. The role involves navigating to addresses using maps, making deliveries in different conditions—including adverse terrain and multiple flights of stairs—and maintaining your bicycle and equipment to safety standards. You must follow applicable safety regulations, including helmet requirements. Tips are accessible daily in cash or through a paycard. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to operate a bicycle safely.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Safely operate and maintain a bicycle within a 1-mile radius of the store.
Provide an ANSI-certified helmet and necessary bicycling equipment.
Have strong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers.
Have basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Be proficient in using computer systems for order processing.
Have the physical ability to perform deliveries in various weather conditions.
Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with temperature variations.
Be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
