About The Position

SPAR is expanding its Bike Assembly team and is looking for Bike Assemblers. This role provides comprehensive training and support for assembling new bikes, grills, or furniture, emphasizing precision and quality. The compensation structure includes paid training and a piece-rate system, offering unlimited earning potential where earnings increase with the number of products assembled. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently
Available weekday daytime hours
Able to carry and lift up to 40 lbs.
Able to bend, stoop and stand for extended periods
Internet access with an active email address
Android or iOS smart phone and/or tablet for wireless reporting
Reliable transportation, with some travel involved

Responsibilities

Undergo comprehensive onsite training
Work independently, using reliable transportation to travel to designated stores
Build strong rapport with customers, ensuring 100% satisfaction through exceptional service and top-notch craftsmanship
Report on client work completions on the same day as service
