We’re looking for a system administrator who specializes in implementing and managing Big Fix for an internal effort to help us support and secure various labs within our organization. As a system administrator on our project, you’ll design and build out a new BigFix environment from scratch, onboard new environments, and provide a patching, vulnerability remediation, and secure baselining solution to the various internal labs. You will ensure the infrastructure is functional and available to our internal teams, add new features, and troubleshoot issues. You will provide documentation that can be shared through internal KBs and provide internal training as needed. You will perform upgrades and updates to the environment as they are released and coordinate any related downtime to the users. Your system administrator expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. You’ll provide support and innovation while securing our internal resources. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like supporting a wide variety of unique environments with unique requirements and differing configurations. You would be supporting environments in the cloud, on-prem hardware, and virtual machines located in client team environments. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the teamwork through challenges and develop new methodologies. As a system administrator leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to modernize the network, so your clients achieve their goals. Work with us and resolve daily challenges as we improve the security and functionality of these client driven environments. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
