About The Position
Responsible for working with students to be academically successful by assessing and remediating academic skills under the direction of certified professionals in individual or small group settings; maintain confidentiality of student and family information as required under FERPA. This is a 4 hours per day position, with an immediate opening. The contract is for 183 days, and the schedule is Monday-Friday, likely 7:30am-11:30am. The FTE is 0.5 (20 hours per week).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Two years of post-secondary education or successful completion of a valid and reliable formal assessment as identified by the school district or State
- Ability to work with staff to provide services to students in skill deficient areas
