About The Position

EDGE is seeking an experienced Bidding & Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposals. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).
• 15+ years of bid/proposal management experience.
• Strong experience managing international tenders within the Aerospace & Defence sector.
• Knowledge of APMP and/or Shipley bid management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex bids and proposals from opportunity qualification to submission and handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Development, Finance, PMO, Contracts, Procurement, and Technical functions.
• Develop bid strategies, schedules, governance, and approval processes.
• Analyse customer requirements and drive the preparation of winning proposals.
• Ensure seamless transition from bid phase to project execution.
