The Bid Specialist follows an organized process for managing responses to customer bid requests also known as Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Information (RFI). It is also responsible for owning the bid process for Key Accounts and supports Key Account Managers by leading the intake, internal communication, and compilation of bid information as well as the preparation of the response to the customer. The primary objective is to grow business by engaging key internal partners.
