About The Position

We are looking for an entry-level Bid Coordinator to join our Belgrade office, as a member of the Academic and Government Global Bids & Proposals Team. The Bids and Proposals Team is situated within a larger Sales Operations Team. They work in a fast-paced, cross-functional manner to support company growth and customer retention. Clarivate Bid Coordinators, Specialists, Writers, and Managers participate in varying aspects of an end-to-end process, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to tenders, RFPs, questionnaires and vendor assessments. They frequently engage with account managers, product managers, legal counsel and information security experts, as well as additional internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (business administration, corporate background)
English language fluency (C1 level)
Experience with MS 365, Adobe Acrobat, and other common business applications

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working in sales operations environments
Prior experience working to support multiple stakeholder teams
Familiarity with Salesforce and content management systems (e.g., Loopio)

Responsibilities

Support a globally dispersed team in responding to customer requests tied to sales or customer relationship management, such as bids and questionnaires
Apply attention to detail across all projects and document types
Track and efficiently manage multiple, concurrent deadlines and deliverables
Prepare responsive and accurate documentation
Effectively leverage internal applications and project dashboards
Ensure full compliance with all bid or assessment instructions and guidelines
Effectively use a wide variety of online portals to obtain and return documents
Assist with upkeep of commonly used resources
Demonstrate a growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn
