Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher

Responsibilities

Reviewing bid items: to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and adherence to guidelines.
Managing item transitions, inventory, system updates, and stakeholder communications for product changes or supplier updates.
Verifying freight charges against agreements and standards.
Supporting audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
Resolving billing differences with suppliers and internal teams.
Assist in planning the Education Showcase at GFS food shows and K12 events.
Monitors K12 trends to create business solutions, deepen sales and customer knowledge, and deliver presentations on key education topics.
