The BIC (Behavioral Intervention Center) Caseworker works to assure that quality services are delivered within the BIC program in accordance with ECSD contracts and NY State Education Law. This includes participation in the program schedule and calendar and maintaining program functions and operations. The BIC Caseworker is responsible for assisting in the implementation of department goals and programs, youth safety plans, and goal planning for returning to school and planning. The BIC Caseworker contributes to the Glove House high performance culture by exhibiting our values and providing quality results that keep Glove House as the premier provider of child, family, and behavioral health solutions. The BIC Caseworker is directly accountable to the Program Manager of School Based Services. Critical features of this job are described under headings below.
