About The Position

We are seeking a bilingual Regional Recruiter to help deliver a best-in-class recruitment journey across Canada and the United States. This role leverages AI-driven tools, analytics, and modern sourcing strategies to support high-volume hiring while enhancing candidate engagement and optimizing hiring outcomes. You will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—partnering with hiring managers, engaging candidates, and ensuring a seamless, compliant, and high-quality hiring experience. Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Canadian French (Quebec French)—must be able to speak, read, and write professionally in both languages.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, or airport environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge of: Canadian federal and provincial employment laws, human rights, and privacy legislation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of: U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO, anti-discrimination, pay equity, and pay transparency regulations
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and maintain authorization (no employer sponsorship available).
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong ability to maintain attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn ATS platforms, AI recruitment tools, and sourcing technologies (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics).
  • Positive, adaptable mindset aligned with a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • This position is located in a secure airport environment and a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) is required.
  • All candidates must be legally authorised to work in Canada and must be able to provide the necessary government-issued documentation required for airport security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI tools, analytics, and recruitment technologies to support a consistent and innovative candidate experience program.
  • Provide high-level customer service to hiring managers, implementing recruitment strategies aligned with company standards.
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely updates, feedback, and engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Document all applicant and candidate interactions accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Source, screen, and engage talent using AI-driven tools, job boards, and sourcing platforms to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct structured screening interviews, incorporating assessment insights to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, complete intake sessions, and post positions in compliance with Canadian and U.S. employment laws, including pay transparency regulations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual, phone, and in-person interviews.
  • Support candidate progression decisions by evaluating alignment with role requirements.
  • Deliver professional and timely feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive experience regardless of outcome.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate activity, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
  • Track headcount and provide regular reporting for team alignment.
  • Promote the company’s employer value proposition and internal referral programs.
  • Champion continuous improvement by researching and implementing innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Travel within Canada and occasionally to the United States (<10%).
