This role is responsible for a variety of human resources functions, including screening and interviewing hourly applicants, extending job offers upon HR Manager approval, enrolling employees in company benefits, and assisting employees with benefit-related inquiries. The position also involves managing accident reports, participating in 8D activities, maintaining the OSHA Log, conducting background and reference checks, and coordinating new hire orientations. Additionally, the role includes posting job advertisements online and in newspapers, managing employee data in the Ultipro System, initiating payroll changes, tracking absenteeism, handling hourly employee insurance responsibilities, monitoring employee evaluations in UltiPro, and entering/tracking training in Plex. Other duties as assigned.
