About The Position

We’re currently seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Care Specialist to join our HQ team. This position will start out training in person at our headquarters in Tucson, AZ then it will move to a remote role after training. The Customer Care Specialist will provide outstanding customer service, process customer comments, feedback and support the Mister Car Wash key customer loyalty programs. This position is a fast-paced, high volume role that offers an outstanding opportunity to enter our Headquarters Support Team. The Specialist will maintain a positive attitude while fielding inbound calls, handling any issues related to customer service and support overall account maintenance.

Requirements

  • Team oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • 2 years of customer service or retail experience
  • Availability to participate in extended hours and weekend shifts
  • Juggling multiple projects, providing solutions and having a positive impact on the team
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Customer Care tracking software preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Speaking fluency in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to customer phone calls, emails, and field requests professionally and timely
  • Research and resolve customer issues and follow up when necessary and appropriate
  • Fulfill requests for information and maintain account changes
  • Process customer comments and feedback
  • Perform data entry and database maintenance functions
