About The Position

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Care Specialist to join their HQ team. This position will begin with in-person training at their headquarters in Tucson, AZ, and will transition to a remote role after the training period. The Specialist will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, processing customer comments and feedback, and supporting key customer loyalty programs. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role within the Headquarters Support Team. The Specialist will maintain a positive attitude while handling inbound calls, resolving customer service issues, and supporting overall account maintenance.

Requirements

  • Team oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • 2 years of customer service or retail experience
  • Availability to participate in extended hours and weekend shifts
  • Juggling multiple projects, providing solutions and having a positive impact on the team
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Customer Care tracking software preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Speaking fluency in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to customer phone calls, emails, and field requests professionally and timely
  • Research and resolve customer issues and follow up when necessary and appropriate
  • Fulfill requests for information and maintain account changes
  • Process customer comments and feedback
  • Perform data entry and database maintenance functions
