About The Position

Join a forward-thinking analytics team as a Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst II, where your work will directly influence decision-making for key stakeholders in the corporate travel space. You’ll transform complex datasets into powerful insights using advanced BI tools and AI-assisted workflows. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
  • Solid SQL experience and working knowledge of relational databases
  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working on complex datasets
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the corporate travel industry is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  • Ensure BI solutions are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to stakeholder needs
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Claude Code) to accelerate development and automate workflows
  • Develop and refine prompts to generate accurate outputs from AI tools for analytics and reporting
  • Conduct deep data analysis to uncover trends and deliver actionable business insights
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries within relational databases
  • Apply AI-assisted coding tools to improve efficiency and accelerate development
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and present data-driven insights clearly
  • Generate impactful data narratives, including AI-assisted summaries and reports
