About The Position
You will deliver actionable business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decisions across the organization. You will partner with business stakeholders, analytics, and engineering teams to define KPIs, scope BI projects, and translate requirements into reliable reporting. This role supports enterprise-wide reporting and data modeling efforts and reports to the team focused on analytics and data engineering.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Power BI and dashboard/report development
- Experience with Databricks and SQL Server / T-SQL
- Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience
- ETL development and data warehousing experience
- Proficiency with Python for data tasks
- Experience with data visualization and performance optimization
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flows
- Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-making
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions
- Scope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely manner
- Document processes, data models, and reporting standards
