BI Analytics Engineer
About The Position
As a BI Analytics Engineer at Uline, you’ll turn data into insights that drive decisions across the business. Partner with teams across the company to design dashboards, shape reporting and build scalable analytics solutions that support our custom enterprise systems. Uline’s 450+ person in-house tech team builds and supports the custom systems that run our business. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft’s BI Stack such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Python, SQL, relational databases and data modeling.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with Senior Business Intelligence and Analytics team members to design datasets and deliver insights that support our growing business.
- Partner with business leaders to develop scalable solutions and dashboards using Microsoft’s BI Stack and Python.
- Translate business needs into scalable data models and reporting layers that support consistent, reliable analysis.
- Document analytics requirements, data models and processes to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
