About The Position

We are seeking a skilled BI Analytics Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade BI and analytics solutions using Power BI and Snowflake. You will be responsible for building optimized semantic models, datasets, and dashboards in Power BI, as well as developing and maintaining Snowflake data models for analytics and reporting. The position requires writing complex, high-performance SQL queries, optimizing Snowflake workloads, and designing and implementing predictive models. You will also be involved in developing, training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in production environments. A key aspect of this role is translating business requirements into analytics solutions and KPIs, implementing feature engineering, model validation, and performance monitoring. Collaboration with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders is essential, as is ensuring data accuracy, governance, and security. The role also includes automating analytics workflows and reporting pipelines, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in BI, analytics engineering, or data analytics roles.
• Strong expertise in Power BI: DAX, Power Query (M), Data modeling and performance optimization.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake: Query optimization and cost management, Secure data sharing.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analytics and ML development.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• Experience with ETL/ELT concepts and analytics engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD for analytics and ML solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade BI and analytics solutions using Power BI and Snowflake.

• Translate business requirements into analytics solutions and KPIs.
• Implement feature engineering, model validation, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security across BI and analytics platforms.
• Automate analytics workflows and reporting pipelines.
• Mentor junior BI and analytics team members.
